These Terms regulate your use of the Coralfiordpalace website and any service, reservation or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare this to be true. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and formal confirmation.
• Rates are stated in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card must guarantee each reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows incur the full stay charge. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise securing travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay when a guest endangers staff or fellow guests, damages property, disregards our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged at any time through our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Coralfiordpalace or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This website may include links to third-party sites. We bear no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms fall under the law of International. Disputes lie within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
